"I actually really like the flavors, and…"
I actually really like the flavors, and it does seem to help me feel better after workouts. Anyway, the hard part for me is the price. At the end of the day, it’s basically electrolytes and salt in a packet, so the cost per serving feels kind of high. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there, but I just don’t really see the value unless it’s on sale. I might grab it again here and there, but probably not something I’d buy regularly

I really didn’t expect to like the watermelon salt flavor this much, but it’s so good. It ended up being my favorite, and now I feel like someone should’ve warned me sooner because I was fully prepared to be unimpressed.

"Super Handy Little Packs"
I really like these stick packs because they’re so easy to toss in my bag or even my pocket, they don’t leak or make a mess, and they’ve been perfect for taking to work or bringing along on hikes, although I do wish the box had some kind of better closure or organizer once it’s opened because they can get a little scattered.

I started drinking LMNT after workouts and on really hot work days when I’m sweating a ton, and it’s been helpful because I don’t feel as wiped out afterward and I haven’t been getting that weird headachey feeling I used to get. The taste is definitely salty, no surprise there, but I got used to it quick and now I just dump a packet into a big water bottle and sip on it while I’m doing stuff and it keeps me feeling normal.

I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them not expecting much. To their credit, they got back to me quickly, explained what had happened, and fixed it without turning it into some drawn-out hassle. No endless back and forth, no excuses, no acting like it was my problem. It really felt like an actual helpful person was on the other end, not just a copy-paste customer service reply. I wish more companies handled things this honestly. Happy with the whole experience.

The best part is there’s no weird aftertaste. I’ve tried a bunch of electrolyte drinks. Most leave that fake sweet taste behind. LMNT tastes salty, but clean. It doesn’t linger in my mouth. Really easy to drink.

I started using LMNT after runs or longer gym days, especially when I’ve completely sweat through my shirt and still have to make dinner or take the dog out afterward. It really helps me feel normal again instead of getting that weird crash or headache later in the day. The taste is definitely salty at first, but I got used to it quickly and now I actually kind of look forward to it.
